Ingredients:
- 6 ripe tomatoes, chopped

Instructions:
- Sauté Aromatics: In a pot, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Cook Tomatoes: Add the chopped tomatoes to the pot. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until they start to soften.
